Properties

CEWELD® Powder 8812-Ni is ideal for applications requiring improved corrosion resistance compared to WC-Co types. The powder produces a hard, abrasive, and corrosion-resistant coating. High-gloss polished surfaces, similar to chrome, can be achieved using standard grinding or lapping processes.

Typical hardness:

68 HRc

Standard grain size: 53/20 μm

Also possible: 45/15 µm, 45/20 µm, 53/20 µm
